The Story of Ella's
Ella’s Bake Shop has been sharing our homemade goodness with family and friends for generations. Our efforts are dedicated to the generations of our family bakers, especially our Mom Ella. We make sure the love and care she put into everything she made is baked into every one of our delectable baked goods today.
We make all our baked goods fresh from only the finest ingredients. Our cookies, cupcakes, cakes, breads and pies make great gifts for birthdays, parties and holidays, and our signature cookie, Spitzbuben, was even served at a White House Christmas party!
